Last year, I actually lost about 30 lbs doing Weight Watchers (unofficially), but I haven't tried their new points system, so I can't vouch for it.
Um...what?
I'm pretty sure you meant purging, not binging. Also, who the fuck considers bulimia a healthy weight loss method, and why would you encourage others to develop an eating disorder?
healthy way to lose weight.

Adderall, like most other medications used to treat ADHD, is a stimulant. Weight loss is a common side effect because they can decrease appetite, as somebody already mentioned. Of course this is not a healthy or safe weight loss method.
I also wanted to point out that the term ADD is no longer part of the DSM, so not everybody diagnosed with ADHD is hyperactive. Yes, these medications do (or should) improve focus, but just because you have Adderall in your system does not mean you can't physically stop what you're doing. Still, I wouldn't recommend exercising while taking any stimulant unless you're prepared to closely monitor your heart rate and BP.
Thank you very much. I'm glad some people actually know stuff.

I agree with Waser Lave. On both counts of his recommendation.
Though actually, both myself and my partner agree that we lose most weight when we're busy with something else ergo not snacking all the time. So at christmas we both lost weight because we were working loads. So maybe if you got a part time job to earn yourself money you'd also lose weight without noticing as much as actually having to physically face the idea of exercise.

In all likelihood if you're looking for a halfassed way to lose weight, you might lose it (depending how much harm you're willing to do to yourself) but you'll just end up gaining it back because the habits that made you overweight in the first place still exist

ECA stack
This. Combine it with lifestyle changes and exercise.
To be safe, use a heart rate monitor. Thermogenics can be pretty dangerous if you've got any pre-existing conditions.

Abi, I understand the wish to see instant results, but you didn't put on that weight instantly either. You just need to get your butt into gear. Clean the house. Go for a walk (somewhere where you won't get abducted and raped), go to the gym (I'd never go to the gym unless I was already perfect looking, which is why I have my bike

Eat healthy, eat regularly. Don't skip meals.
There is no such thing as a kick start. Start, stick to it, and over time, you'll see results.
This is coming from personal experience. Keep at it, don't give up, you'll lose it.

If there was any other quick solution that worked, we'd all be doing it.
It's just about good habits. I think half the problem with weight loss isn't the loss itself, it's maintaining that lifestyle to keep the weight off. No point losing 10lb if you then start eating crap and not exercising as soon as you do. You're far better to lose weight slowly and steadily if you want it to be a life change.

Generally the best way, in my opinion at least, is to drink mostly water (or tea) and get plenty of cardio. About 20-30 minutes daily (though honestly better to do 20-30 min every other day then weights on the days in-between; gives your muscles time to heal/recover).
Cut out all the fast food. Junk food sparingly/in moderation. Mostly a chicken & fish diet though one or two days of beef is fine. Highly recommended to get at least your minimum of at least vegetables (and/or fruit if possible). Single one-a-day multivitamin.
Lost about 10 lbs/week the first two or three weeks then about 7 lbs/week after that on that routine.
Good luck!
This. Last summer I went to the gym for 30 minutes each day (did the elliptical), and cut out all sweets from my diet. I lost about 20 pounds over the 12 weeks of the summer. I know that doesn't sound like a lot, but I went from 116 pounds to 96 pounds, so it was a large proportion of my weight. It's the healthiest way.

96 pounds sounds a bit underweight, unless you're really really short and petite.

Example: If your goal weight is 110, multiply 110 by 10 and you get 1,100. Eat that many calories a day.
Read all diet labels and cut out sugar and fat as much as possible. Eat lots of fiber to keep your poops regular. EXERCISE.
