Depends how fast you wanna lose the wieght. If your not ensecure about what others think " Bulimia" , binging the food would be the easiet way to lose wieght. If your worried about a disbalance of electrolyes and corrosion of teeth. Every time you binge have water in your mouth. Stimulate a chocking sequence so the acid disolves into the water. With the heart distrubance with electrolytes it won't start to effect you till the 2nd term "month" of binging. To cancel that out its suggested to take tablets of b12.iron,magnis
Quickies easiest way to lose weight but its dirty
And it has to be consistant lawl
Or the good old work out in the gym and watching your food intakebut that aint cool
Um...what?
I'm pretty sure you meant purging, not binging. Also, who the fuck considers bulimia a healthy weight loss method, and why would you encourage others to develop an eating disorder?

Cut out all the fast food. Junk food sparingly/in moderation. Mostly a chicken & fish diet though one or two days of beef is fine. Highly recommended to get at least your minimum of at least vegetables (and/or fruit if possible). Single one-a-day multivitamin.
Lost about 10 lbs/week the first two or three weeks then about 7 lbs/week after that on that routine.
Good luck!

calorie count... take in 1800 to 2000 calories/day
eat lean proteins and cut carbs where you can
...you can also try a two week fruit and vegetable cleanse/diet. i heard that works really well

There is a way to lose weight quickly?
I think the only "real" way to lose weight in a healthy way is to have good diet and exercise.
You can try going on a very high fiber diet. Usually foods that are high in fibers have low calories anyway and the diet helps you maintain regularity
Just remember that no matter how hard you go at it... you will never see results immediately, or even within a week or a month of dieting. It takes changing your lifestyle to maintain and see differences in your weight and figure. :3

^ This.
Why does everyone think there's an easy way out?
Diet and exercise. Didn't we learn this in elementary school?

take adderall lol.
But if you want to do it a healthy way, diet and exercise is the best way to go.
You do know that Adderall is what they give ADHD kids so they focus on schoolwork instead of fucking around twitching and getting distracted by shit every five seconds right?
Unless you don't want to get distracted during your exercise ... WHICH BY THE WAY WILL LAST THE DURATION OF THE DOSE YOU JUST TOOK wtf 8 hours + of exercise?
Lets not borrow our friends' psychiatrist prescribed medication in order to lose weight, shall we?

Adderall, like most other medications used to treat ADHD, is a stimulant. Weight loss is a common side effect because they can decrease appetite, as somebody already mentioned. Of course this is not a healthy or safe weight loss method.
I also wanted to point out that the term ADD is no longer part of the DSM, so not everybody diagnosed with ADHD is hyperactive. Yes, these medications do (or should) improve focus, but just because you have Adderall in your system does not mean you can't physically stop what you're doing. Still, I wouldn't recommend exercising while taking any stimulant unless you're prepared to closely monitor your heart rate and BP.

It is never fast and easy to get anything worthwhile in life. Unless you're using Abrosia.
I like what Kyle said about the 2am fast food. Old habits are hard to break, but find a replacement for that late night snack. Like playing a game, or something. I quit smoking by reading more.
From what I've seen at work, C-II medications prescribed to kids such as Adderall and Vyvanse are the biggest indicators of parents who can't handle their kids. But that's just my cynical, uneducated opinion. There are medications that whack-job doctors prescribe to their patients to help with weightloss- such as phentermine. But it's a C-IV medication, the same level as Xanax and Ambien, which means you will become dependent on it. Not as bad as the kids getting addicted to Adderall, but still.
