Plastic shattered and stabbed me in various parts of my body, biggest scar was on my left thigh.
It's at least 10cm long, not sure how deep it was at the time,
but I remember being surprised that white and yellow stuff came out instead of blood (which came out much much later)

Also, he had my first post quoted. So you might want to delete his quote.
Cause the original title's still there, sadly. : (((

And that yellow and white stuff would most likely have been fatty tissue. You know when you see on TV those operations on the medical programs? They cut into the skin and you see that tissue with a white/yellowish tinge to it. It must have been a decent/deep cut for that to show

On top of my previous story, I constantly have little accidents be it slamming my hips/legs into a wall when I'm moving into a hallway (I have wide hips okay???) to just tripping over myself and falling flat on my face. It comes to the point where I become so paranoid that I'm going to hurt myself soon just because I hadn't hurt myself in a while and it's just BOUND to happen to me and my face or my knees are the most common victims. I have gigantic scars on my kneecaps from skinning them on concrete. I tend to rip the skin off of one of my kneecaps at least once a year like clockwork.
The worst part is, I occasionally work in childcare so I literally need to bite my tongue -hard- in order to keep from cursing. I was walking down the street after the Toronto Santa Clause Parade and tripped over a rise in the sidewalk (oddly enough right in front of the hospital, kinda dangerous) causing the biggest scar on my right leg all while screaming "FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-" in front a bunch of little kids. Again, just another thing that I will never live down. v_v

Sometimes i think skinning your knees/elbows hurts more than people give it credit for haha. The amount of times ive skinned my knees when i was younger and used to skate is endless.

/smacks the back of your headTETIEL, WHY WOULD YOU SLAP ME?
I wasn't even .........omggg. That's so meaaan. WHYYYY : ((((((
And here I thought you'd never hurt me D:
Man up, foo.
It really does, what's surprising is how easily you can skin your knees even when wearing pants. At least you have the excuse of skateboarding. I have the excuse of having a very imbalanced body and general lack of coordination.Sometimes i think skinning your knees/elbows hurts more than people give it credit for haha. I had stitches in my finger because I slipped up while cutting an onion. Not very bad ass, but it hurt like hell
Still must've been bad enough to require stitches. Ive cut my fingers numerous times whilst preparing food. I used to work in a kitchen at a restaurant prepping dishes and you generally end up learning how not to cut yourself, but it doesnt always prevent accidents.

Fight the urges. You can do it! I believe in youBut they're basically letting me have it.
It's taunting me to do it!
Ouuuuuuuuch, I wonder would it hurt more than normal because of the acids in the onion?I had stitches in my finger because I slipped up while cutting an onion. Not very bad ass, but it hurt like hell
That reminds me, I cut right through my thumbnail once when I worked at subway when I was on the drivethrough line. This lady wanted the hardest piece of bread I could find so I was like okay... and I found a very dense piece of wheat bread which I normally wouldn't want to serve to customers but she specifically asked. It was so hard that it was like cutting through cardboard. My wrist slipped and there went my thumb. I kept serving customers, biting the insider of my cheek while working with only one hand just because I thought I would be able to be replaced soon. Nope, I had 8 more customers in line after that, yay!
I've also cut myself a couple times just preparing dinner. I cut through my thumb really bad once with a serrated knife trying to cut through a hard piece of cheddar. I've also reached into a box looking for something and coming back with a bloody hand because I failed to see the giant piece of broken glass. Occasionally, I also have hand spasms where I drop a knife and narrowly miss my feet.
Cross sharp objects off the list of things I should be allowed around.

Just correcting, incase someone from a different language misinterprets that as something else.

oh god... I think I would faint. That is just one image you never want in your memories.Uuuuh. When I was 8-10 (somewhere around there) I had one of those sharp fondue forks and was trying to melt a chocolate bar. I ended up putting it through my finger. ;-;

Yikes!! How long before you were cleared to get back to work? Did you at least get compensation? That just looks... so... painful.Cheers mate
Oh and another injury i recall was when i was at work (in the factory im working at now) pushing a stack of 50L bins along the ground. One got caught on a bit of flooring that was cracked and i went stumbling over the top of them all. I ended up gashing my shin and required minor medical attention but it was a decent gash

I was back at work the next day. Remembering this isnt my leg in that photo, just a comparison. Mine wasnt THAT bad but in the same spot. No compensation, wasnt worth it IMO.

Since I was so young, I really don't recall it hurting overally much. I think it hurt at first but then it got less painful as I went to the hospital and stuff. But yea. I think it probably is the reason I'm utterly disgusted by piercing (no offense, but putting anything through your body like that makes me just cringe)

hot damn! that looked similar to mine, except mine went horizontal across my thigh.
Yours looks way more gory though. Hope you're workplace covered any expenses you might've accrued
