Half of you don't even know she was trying to get better. 'She chose to ruin her life'......ignorant ass bitches. <_<

If you guys get in a car accident because you were speeding and died, I bet if I said 'She chose to die' you guys would be mad at me

Was she trying to get better?

I wouldn't, if you speed and die in an accident it's your own fault.

They pulled that same shit when Bam Margera's friend died. He was speeding yet they did memorials for him and everything.

    That was last month's news.
This month, she was seen looking good and "walking upright."

I agree, she was amazingly talented. She really could've became something if she didn't abuse herself so horribly. She was given plenty of warnings to stop and get herself up back onto the right track, but she didn't listen. I am sad that she has passed on, but anyone that couldn't see it coming is really delusional.

Hey, just because she overdosed (probably) doesn't discredit all that she has achieved previously in life, she was something and she was an extremely influence musician, who will probably be remembered for years. =)

If Anniie has all this hate I don't really get why she is on this thread.
It's not like we want you here <_<

Rude. Why are you being elitist about Amy Winehouse's death =|

My opinions aren't saying I never cared about a person and they were gonna die sooner or later :whistling:

I don't disagree that she already achieved so much, her Back to Black album was a huge hit worldwide. It's just a shame to see all the drugs and alcohol overshadow her talents. More people see her as a junkie rather than an amazing singer now :(

Yeah I guess so, it's a real shame. Loved her voice though it was so raspy and beautiful. She is attributed to helping pave the way for similar artists like Adele and Duffy, they might not of been international without Amy Winehouse, imagine that.

Somewhere inside, she was a good person, but it was covered up by her unhappiness and her struggles with both herself and drugs. It's sad when someone so young dies unhappy. I never really liked her music and she wasn't ever important in my life, but I'm not going to laugh about it and say she deserved it because it's not my place (or anyone else's) to do that. I genuinely feel for her friends and family. May she rest in peace.

I wasn't a fan, but I liked that she was so crazy, hideous, and just didn't give a shit. I like that in a girl. Substance abuse... not so much, but I understand how hard it is to stop doing something that is bad for you because it makes you feel really good. I'm sad she wasn't strong enough to get a grip on herself.

My opinions aren't saying I never cared about a person and they were gonna die sooner or later :whistling:

Everyone is going to die sooner or later and there's a lot of people I don't care about. I'm sure you feel the same way about some people.
Anyway, your sig is way too big.

Damn, RIP. I'm not entirely surprised, but it's still very sad.

I don't think "she deserved it" is the right sentiment, but she probably should've seen it coming.

Agreed. I am no one to say that anyone deserves anything.

Wow, I figured that there would be these kind of comments, but some of you... Would you have said the same thing about Eric Clapton if he died while he was going through the same thing? Etta James? Ray Charles? Do you hold the same disrespect for Janis Joplin because she died of a drug overdose? I always held hope that she would recover. So many talented blues musicians have gone through the same vices, eventually got clean after a decade (or died), and became legends. Now all everyone will think about her is a drug user because the media would do nothing but report on it like vultures waiting for her to finally die.

It's just not right. She was an amazing singer and songwriter and I respected her immensely. It kills me inside that so many people are laughing at her death rather than mourning the loss of talent. Actually, it makes me furious.

And its not surprising to have all the bad news about her, after all, who wants to hear good news?

So long drug addict. It's one less potential criminal/waste of space I have to deal with. If it wernt for her riches she would be robbing/stealing or shagging around for money because of her addiction.

Yeah, I don't care about her either. But she was an artist, give her that.
