After my wide long consideration of many animes, I have finally come across the one anime that tops them all.

What is your favorite anime of all time? (One that is already finished)

I thought that as well, but when I came across this new anime it made me change my mind. I guess that's my opinion :p

Either Gungrave or Trigun i cant decide, or for pure nostalgia I would have to pick Saint Seiya.

School Rumble. I watched it for the first time ~7yrs ago after one of my friends dragged me along to our school's anime club.
I've watched a few more interesting animes since then, but nothing has interested me in the characters as well as School Rumble did.

Lucky Star and FMA Brotherhood were the only ones I enjoyed start to finish, most started good and ended up disappointing *cough* death note *cough*

Digimon Season 1 if I had to choose. I liked seasons 2 and 3 too.....FMA Brotherhood the anime I didn't find as amazing as it could have been. The background music themes sucked first of all (all the epic moments were downplayed with like boring violin music) o.0 And I'm still bitter over the stupid Mustang picture they put up in the end....although I did like the plot change they did with Havoc. I dunno. FMA was the only manga I followed like religiously for 8 years in a row so I guess I'm just picky :p I do admit that while it was on I also watched it religiously but I'd rather re-read the manga than watch the whole series again.

Anyways. Next in line for anime: Durarara and Gurren Lagann. Looking at everyone else's picks. Trigun is awesome as well. Just not my top picks. School Rumble is fun. Code Geass is good but the plot makes no sense if you really think about it. Gungrave I didn't really like how you knew what the basic ending was going to be before it'd even started. Clannad is not my thing. Lucky Star isn't either. I can't handle so much talk about cornets and octopus and other types of food for more than half an hour at a time....

You've got the ending song stuck in my head now D:

The only anime I could bear to watch other than "Pokemon" and "Sailor Moon" is COWBOY BEBOP. It's just so cool, meaningful, sci-fi, and I listen to the music of the soundtrack often.
I purposely have not seen the last episode, because I know I will be depressed for weeks.
ARF!

I also like "Bobobo-bo bo-bobo"... but only in extreme moderation. Otherwise I get too retarded.

Gurren Langan or Baccano. Both are epic, action packed, and never boring.

All of the above mentioned animes are awesome :o

I'm dying to watch Gurren again, waiting for it to come out on bluray eventually.

Baccano is epic as well.

I've never really seen many animes, but out of the few I watched I'd have to say that DBZ is pretty far up there.

I watched Death Note and thought it was FANTASTIC until you-know-who kicked the bucket mid-season. After that I was just like "...this is pointless". And the ending...disappointing.

My favorite animes:

One Piece (It's not finished and has more than 200 episodes, but...)

Black Lagoon

Dragon Ball Z

Claymore (The manga is 10000x better)
