The point is to post about dreams, which I do. Leave the thread if you don't fucking like it and stop being such a prick.

I would humbly suggest that if you want to record your dreams, do it in private.
Or take them to a forum where people are interested in the same mystical shit that you are.

Bumping your own thread is sad. If no one has posted, let it die gracefully.

Other people have been posting too and maybe if you weren't such an ass about it, more people would be.

I have every right to post here as I please and I will do just that.

In other news... When I took a nap yesterday I had a nightmare. It was really weird. There were a buncha random people in my house and this girl had a snake and she handed it to me and it was like a little python and it was cool. But then I realized I was also holding my favorite pet rat Thor in my hand and then the snake saw him and tensed up around my neck. I'd be damned if I was going to let anything hurt Thor so I grabbed the snake behind the head and it's mouth opened all wide and I saw it's scary fangs. I had my friend take Thor as far away as possible as I tried to get rid of the snake but somehow it got away from me and tried to attack me. I had to call animal control and I was crying a lot.

"Seeing a snake or be bitten by one in your dream means hidden fears and worries that are threatening you. Your dream may be alerting you to something in your waking life that you are not aware of or that has not yet surfaced. The snake may also be seen as phallic and thus symbolize dangerous and forbidden sexuality. The snake may also refer to a person around you who is callous, ruthless, and can't be trusted. As a positive symbol, snakes represent transformation, knowledge and wisdom. It is indicative of self-renewal and positive changes."

"Seeing fangs in your dream indicates that you have said some words that have been hurtful to others."
    ^ lol that's funny.

Yeah Sweeney doesn't have that much influence because no one really cares about what a troll posts. You can read more about how Sweeney is a classic example of a troll at our source for trolls via site rules.

    The definitive guide to trolls

Trolling is actually a violation of site rule 5.4 however please refer to section 5.4.2 in the Neocodex Rules Long Version, it is going to be recommended that you simply ignore the user rather than posting in response which encourages him.

It's deeply odd that you can post a link to a thread containing a description of various "types of troll", when none of them apply to me.
    Deeply, deeply odd.

A classic troll tries to make us believe that he is a skeptic. He is divisive and argumentative with need-to-be-right attitude, "searching for the truth", flaming discussion, and sometimes insulting people or provoking people to insult him.

Glad you feel that way.

Nothing is stopping you posting in this thread, on this topic, of course. That much is abundantly clear.

But likewise, nothing is stopping me from letting you know how ridiculous I think it is ^_^

Glad you feel that way.

Good. So everyone who is skeptical of anything ever is a troll?
    Brilliant.

I, for one, am skeptical of this definition of a troll. trlololol

I do think the reactions in here were a little uncalled for though. The considerate thing to do if one thinks that a topic is ridiculous is just to ignore it. But that's what I would do. :p

We should perhaps keep this topic on topic, eh?

I remember when double posting to bump your own topic earned you a warn. Less shit kept cropping up on the "active threads" list back then.
Besides, ignoring things is what has allowed this thread to be endlessly revived for months. At least now it contains a vaguely interesting discussion.

I wouldn't go so far as to say a conversation pertaining to whether or not you are a troll is vaguely interesting conversation but hey... whatever floats you boat.

Well, that's an unusual perspective, since you were the first person to bring that up.
Seems to me like you're trying to backpedal on your involvement because it didn't garner the kind of response you were hoping for.

Wow a lot has happened here since I stopped paying attention

I like posting about my dreams but mostly because I just like to read what I type. I don't remember my own dreams nearly enough to post regularly, and I am honestly not at all interested in most other people's dreams (of course those that I would be interested in reading don't post them here).

Alright I barely have nightmares and I just had one last night. It's weird; whenever I watch Courage the Cowardly Dog, I tend to have nightmares. It's happened two nights in a row. I mean the nightmares don't relate to Courage at all, they're just ordinary nightmares. I still don't wake up breathing heavily or anything (is that what you're supposed to do with nightmares?) Anyways, I like them.

The dream (kind of long but interesting):
    Spoiler

The references I can see in the dream are The Hunger Games (me killing everyone to be last), Halloween (the guy with the mask), Saw (the hospital), and many other things that had happened in my life.

What I think is weird, which I noticed while writing this, is the same guy with the mask that I had in a nightmare the night before last (watched Courage before that as well), appeared at the end of this dream. Talk about a Nightmare On Elm Street reference...

Does anyone ever have really intense stress dreams? I rarely remember my dreams, and usually when I do they're very unpleasant.

I have two stress dreams that are rather frequent for me. One is me either running from or (less frequently) running to something. The entire dream I just know I have to keep running and I can't stop. What I'm running from/to will change.

The other is a dream that my teeth are falling out. It sounds ridiculous to talk about when I'm awake, but it the dream it feels 1. very real and 2. very upsetting. In the dream I actually have to stand over a bathroom sink or something similar and just spit out my teeth as they fall out. Gross, I know. It's a relief when I wake up and all my teeth are still intact.

I do! :D Not to mention that my senses all work in them! Especially smell and taste. It's a bit hard to figure out facial expressions though, but voice tone usually helps with this.

And oh neat~ A lot of my dreams have things about teeth in them as well. The first one I had about this was back in early 2009, where I was in some sort of post office looking for my father. A while after looking, I went to ask the lady at the counter if she had seen him yet that day. Suddenly I fell to my knees and starting coughing up a lot of blood and teeth. Lots of blood and teeth. My nose started bleeding too for some reason! Once it all calmed down a little bit, I looked up and saw my dad and was really relieved! He'll be able to help me! So I tried calling out his name a couple of times, but he was busy talking to someone on his phone so I guess he couldn't hear me. Coughed up some more blood and teeth then I guess blacked out from all the blood loss, then woke up.

I could still taste blood in my mouth and could feel a slight bit of warmth from where my nose was bleeding in the dream ^^

Another dream I had more recently was where I was on a train (these appear a lot in my dreams as well! Same with planes, but this is getting a little off track :p ) and my lower canine teeth started twisting and eventually came out! It was so damn painful ;_; and felt really weird not having them in there when I spoke etc!

Yes! I my teeth falling out dreams I can always taste a bit of blood in my mouth and usually my gums feel tender too, just like when you actually lose one of your teeth.
