But my all-around favorite is number two so that's what I'm voting for

My completely non-snobbish totally-supportive and non-graphically-literate take on the rest:
#3 - looks like the pony doesn't belong, don't know how to describe it really, it looks like a sticker
#4 - I love how they incorporated Vagina Day into the sig, I just wish the hearts and text looked a little more native and not so much different from the background
#5 - I wish the green cloud around him wasn't opaque so that you could see some of the background through it. That would make this sig better imo (nice pot leaves btw)
#6 - I am disappointed because Applejack is one of my favorite ponies but this is way too blurry/low res and washed out looking
#7 - I think this just is what it is
#8 - I don't know what it is, maybe the blurriness of it or the letters being so hard to read I just am not fond of it.

My Little Pony just isn't my thing I guess. I just have this aversion to "girly, cartoony, Barbie-like" ponies. (Or just "girly, cartoony, Barbie-like" things in general.)
