I've only gotten that once on a long ago iced account.

MacKenzie has it, up until now she was the only person I know IRL that actually has that avatar. It's one of the harder random one's to get.

You can visit the hole as many times a day as you like - does anybody know if the outcome of each visit changes or if it's the same for the entire day?
