What is the best numbers for Seconds past the minute to refresh? Should I just leave it on default?

EDIT: My wording sucks, I meant under the AAA settings, there is a "Seconds past the minute to refresh" setting. I was wondering what it does.

You are a regular member which means you can't change your settings. You can only use ABer with default settings.

Leave it as the default, if you have no idea what the settings do. (safest thing) You can't really do much with it anyway, the shotest it will go is 8secs because you can't go lower because you're not an advanced member

Yeah I gotta say, default is plenty efficient for virtually everything.

If you get Advanced I would make the refresh rate lower but try and keep it in touch with your own natural refresh rates.

I believe it lets Abrosia know when to refresh after the minute. So if you set it from 50 - 53. Abrosia will refresh at the AAA at 50-53 seconds past the minute. (though I don't suggest setting 50-53 as your time because the AAA restocks at 53-54).
