Hey guys, I started ABing recently and I've run Abrosia a few times a week for a few hours in low risk shops and made some modest profits. I've been using exactly the settings in the screenshot in Scot's Guide here: http://www.neocodex....-to-autobuying/

(i.e. 4-8 refresh, 0.4-0.6 pre-haggle, 0.4-0.5 OCR)

However, I've seen some discussion that buy times should be within a certain range (around 1500 ms) but I haven't seen a definitive YES THIS IS SAFE/NO THIS IS NOT SAFE guide post about buy time ranges. My buy times have been around 800-1000 ms. Is this too fast? Am I on a cruise to iceland? I've taken pains to make my account look like a main. Which settings should I adjust to make my times look more human?

All of my buy times are between 1000-1500. Factor in the delay of purchase added onto your waiting times already, and your finally time should be 1500~ or so. Depends on how cautious you want to be.

Those times are indeed a little too fast, but buy times usually aren't the deciding factor in whether or not you get iced. You should probably scale back a little, the ideal target of 1500-2000 is indeed a very good mark.

The majority of my buys are between 1500-1800, with the occasional ones at 1300-1400. I can make pretty decent profit, but I have yet to score a real 'big ticket' item with those times.

I have those settings as well (Except for refresh mines 5-8) and my times have been 1800-6000 and I've been fine. (had some good books 98K and 75k profits.) I've also been using a proxy, so it's a bit slower than my usual internet connectoin.

Thanks guys, I've bumped up my times to about 1200 ms, hopefully that will keep me in the clear. I'm sticking to buyable items to fly under the radar-- but "Missed Shenkuu Hiking: Sold out. (Est. Profit: 1379111 NP)" made me cry a little.
