I've only ever tasted vegetarian cum, and it's still revolting enough to avoid ever letting anyone ejaculate inside my mouth. I'm not even sure if an added sweetness would do anything to improve the experience, because it's the combination of warm temperature, chemical flavor, and consistency that makes me want to vomit.
