Instead of just using General Chat for Sports Talk, why not just make a section for it on the forums, that way all the people that want to talk sports can just obviously go to the Sports Talk section.

This could go right along with the suggestions Valentine and I made. The answer is going to be the same for you that I got. There just is not enough interest in those types of threads for them to get their own section. There's one baseball thread, one soccer thread, and one NBA thread. That's about it as far as sports goes. No real need for it's own section.

I was extremely disappointed with Germany's performance against Italy. They played SO well until they got to the semi-finals, then they just shut down. They had 2 more days of rest than Italy did and still managed to lose -.- I don't even know what happened.

    Agreed. It was really depressing.

They weren't working well together, in the previous matches, their passes were well intentioned. They were paying attention to where each other were and acted accordingly. Against Italy, it was like they would pass and hope someone was there to catch it.

And someone was. Unfortunately, it was usually Italy. :(

Ah well, looks like we'll have to wait until the World Cup and hope they perform better.

    Here's to hoping

NHL FREE AGENCY BEGINS TOMORROW! F*K YEAH!

Shamelessly supporting my Leafs, and all of the other Canadian teams.

Justin Schultz to sign with the Oilers... F*K YEAH!

    They don't deserve him.
3 years in a row with #1 picks and they still can't even make top 12 in the conference?
Makes me mad. Feel like a lot of talent on that team is going to waste.

I support most Canadian teams, just not the Leafs or the Canadiens, bwahahah

Lol, you guys realize this is the suggestions section, not actually the sports talk section ^.^ -

With that said, I'm a Canes fan and they blow, so I don't care much about hockey right meow. I couldn't care less for the NBA, so I'm all baseball until College Football/NFL start.

Hey hey! They may have been terrible in the past, but they're sure fun as hell to watch.

I'm looking forward to the Oiler's season this year... I want to see what they're going to do with all of that talent :)

    Although... A goalie wouldn't hurt
