Neotracker says 546ms is the quickest and 2,292.19ms is the average. The slowest is 47,731ms which is impressively slow whoever had that.
How is that even possible.

If I'm not wrong 3.8ms is the perfect timing to get an item, any lesser and you'd be flagged. Anything less than 2 will probably get you iced.

My buy times are usually 520ms - 1500ms with my current settings. Haven't been flagged yet, I wonder about those people who get the good MPs instantly though.
3800ms is pretty slow

I average around 1500~1700ms. I don't know why it jumps up to 2500ms occasionally though.
