4 hours per day for safe, prob spread out between 6-7 hours

For non member, what are some safe setting do you guys use for AB Auto Scheduler?
Can you share some advices, thanks a lot
I usually AB over night. If I got to bed at 12 am 12 am - 3 am then 6 am - 9 am. 6 hours max a day and spread it out. Make sure the times are for the website not Neopets unless your NST because I made that mistake and it would not turn on. XD
