If you were competent in keeping your own threads on topic this wouldn't happen; It's a direct result of your lack of ability to have a debate with someone without insulting them, posting irrelevant tripe, or utilizing passive-aggressive smileys to make other people feel small and defeated.

This comment made my nipples tingle. I better exit this thread.

Don't care. We're discussing legalities here, not talking about me.

Once waser learns to do his job, you might have somewhere to do that.

You're an idiot.
This entire thread is about you, you've made that clear.
I am giving you a solution to your complaints of being harassed.
What you do with it is your choice, but don't expect me to kiss your ass while you're still being a douchebag to everyone.

I keep all my threads on topic. I do not post "irrelevant" tripe (which is funny seeing that irrelevance is a favorite fallacy of some members here) and there's nothing wrong with passive-aggressive smileys. Sometimes an insult is necessary, though.

It seems to me that a lot of the members here are mad because I am a superior debater. I don't understand that.

Every single debate thread posted has no substance and revolves around you calling us all idiots. You have no respect for other people, you're ignorant and fail to understand that a even if a person isn't agreeing with your opinion it doesn't make them wrong.
You are only making yourself look stupid in front of a lot people who are higher educated than yourself. For example, arguing with a person here about the use of the English Language when he's in fact a fully fledged teacher is fucking hilarity.

I'm not going to sit idly by and watch someone like you call some of the people I am fond of idiots. I do not give one single fuck how stupid it makes me look if I post Brony pics, and kittens, and other assorted gifs on the threads you post as long as at the end of it you shut that condescending hole in your face.

At least someone is being honest. :lol2:

Lol'd @ more educated than me, though. Is that even possible?

Employing the Socratic Method is not "debating," it's manipulation at best. The way you do it, however, is more like railroading.

It's debate so long as there are two sides to the issue. That I know I'm right and will prove it through rhetorical questions doesn't spare it from being an argument.

LOL I could say the same for you.
You are crying about how Waser is a terrible mod (even though he is a programmer) because he doesn't treat you the way you want.
You are upset about the way the community is treating you.

(Most of) the rest of us who have had a negative reaction from the community for something have learned from it and moved on.

Clearly you haven't.

You're right, it doesn't spare it from being an argument.

It does, however, completely preclude it from being a debate.

Off you go then, post your academic credentials and we'll see if anyone is more educated than you are.

Nobody here conforms. We know what makes a (mostly) peaceful forum. We're all still ourselves.

I, for one, can't come up with all the witty things Kiwi and Woug are saying, and I'm sure I couldn't find any of the adorable pics Turnip has posted.

Argument and debate, being completely honest, refer to the same thing. They're both a clash of opposing ideas. The word 'debate' has just gotten some academic connotations due to its less frequent use. If you need me to be specific, I am presenting falsifiable claims and not committing any logical fallacies. You're saying that leading people through the logical prepositions that lead to my conclusion is manipulation. It's not. It's precisely what we refer to as rhetoric, or the art of debate.

We will never be happy. We have some options:

Option 1: Ban Him Completely

Option 2: Suspend him and hope he learns

Option 3: Locks his threads which would be considered as spam and give him a warning.
