I wanna know the reason why the fast my buying time is more than 2000ms, even if I have set the 0.001 on both OCR and the delay. I know my speed is related to my local net speed, but is there any way for me to speed it up? I am in Asia so I am not sure whether there are some ways for me to accelerate my buying times....... I have tried the other settings on my AB, if you have some suggestions, please let me know!

Buy faster internet?
I need to agree. I mean if you have 1 Mbps internet vs. 15 Mbps internet. Who is going to win?
Being so far away from Neopets' servers is always going to have a pretty significant impact on your connection speed, you could try a VPS closer to their servers I guess.
I don't know what you mean Waser? When I connect to a server over seas it seems the same speed as if I connect to Neopets. I mean I have never been to a website that takes more time to load. They all our the same whether there in Canada or the U.K. This is probably true but I do not think it would mean a significant delay.

There can be significant delays based on location. Australians and Asians usually struggle to get lower than 2000ms buys while North Americans can get lower than 500ms. It's always been that way.

But could it be there internet speeds are not as good as mine or yours? To make this true you would need to compare Ping, Upload & Download speeds.

If somebody had a 10Mb connection in Australia and another had a 10Mb connection in America there would be a significant different in the buy times purely because of the distance from the server (the data has to be routed much further). Obviously if somebody had a 64Kb connection they're going to be a lot slower but if you're comparing them equally the difference is definitely there.

Can you take a speed test from speedtest.net. I want to see if your Internet is slower which could be caused by Bandwidth Throttling.
Here's my result, 36ms PING/2.16mpbs DOWNLOAD/0.51mbps UPLOAD
So is it casued by the Bandwidth Throttling? Well I am not very skilled at the computer, if I asked some question unwisely, please forget it.
Finally, thanks for your all quick and beneficial responses.
