I've been getting errors for a week or so now. It occurs at different times, but this one happened only a few minutes after running the program. I recently switched to a new account to restock, but that's the only change I've made. I want to fix the issue so I can get the upgraded version. :3

Help would be greatly appreciated!

Are you using your neopets account at all anywhere else other than in abrosia? This includes even just loading a page on Neopets while you are logged in.

Not that I'm aware of. I have it set on Firefox for the browser and I normally use Chrome for my internet needs.

Also, do you have any customization done on the layout of Neopets? Do they still support the various different sidebar things?

No.

It's the default sidebar setting. The only thing different from the account I was previously using (and when abrosia was still working) is that the old one had a PIN, and the current account doesn't.

I'll third into this problem.

I am not on neopets at all and yet this problem occurs for me also. i am also not using any customizations on my account.

I'm also having this issue - I've disabled premium, I'm using the default theme...I'm not using Firefox or Chrome when it's open. I'm getting this error:

This is a known issue that we're going to have work to figure it out ... we'll reimburse everyone who lost a couple days of advanced after we fix it
