so i downloaded from the program manager but i cant find it to start it when i click run it says that its already running anyone else having this problem?

so when it opens it wont let me click any of the settings or the start button

Have you checked you background processes or if you are in Windows 7 the hidden icon option? I know for me Abrosia would go in there. If it is not try restarting your computer.
