The items are worthless anyway, but we cannot manually update buyable prices, only the bots do this. It will stabilise over the next few days.

The database prices are an estimate, not the very lowest price an item will sell for.

You can always make a list if you don't want to buy particular items.

I found this too.  Eventually, I had to start keeping my own db updated daily with a more accurate price estimate, and update my shop lists accordingly.  Course the only time this is an issue is if you're setting profit to under 1000NP.  You can just set profit to 2000NP and never worry about this sort of thing.

i keep it under 500 maby i should see how much money i make by keeping it on 2000 but it brought 23 of them so that's 23k i wasted on some thing that i can sell for 350 each only making -8050np on

If he didn't catch it this early, it can easily cost 100,000s, since those crappy items restock so much.  And it's ridiculous to move 100 of one item lol.

It's unavoidable with such a low minimum profit value. If you're looking to do that you'd be better off using a manual list.

my advice is to up your profits to 5000 :S

anything below that is kinda wonky and the time it takes to sell it is usually not worth it

Pretty good advice, I think. I have my profit set to 500... sometimes even lower, but that's because I don't mind clearing out the shops of crap items I know I won't make profit off of.
