Have you ever stopped to reflect on and reevaluate your taste?
I can't eat whole chickpeas because it feels like little asses in my mouth.
I don't know how they'd be mashed and frozen though. They blend up all right if you take the skins off first.

It's everywhere, and it's honestly not that bad mixed with lemonade or cranberry juice, although it is definitely overpriced.
Beer bread ice cream would just taste like yeast, which sounds pretty fucking gross.
They also have it here although it's just called Iced Tea Vodka. Right next to the Ketchup Chips.
Ketchup ice cream.

We have a couple of flavours in mind that use tomato... no "ketchup" though.

You're in America now, there is no tomato that isn't ketchup.

To be fair, the Canadians are weirder about it than we are.

I find this so disgusting.
Try telling that to your fellow countrymen. Freaks.

If you haven't seen it already, you should have a look at this http://giapo.com/recipes/
It's my favourite ice cream place. They basically focus on experimenting as much as possible and creating crazy combinations of flavours.
A lot of it sounds gross, but it usually comes out unexpectedly amazing. They share their recipes too.
Might have some useful inspiration.

I don't belong here; I don't even like hockey.
BLASPHEMY!

I'm totally going to report you to the Ice Cream Purveyors Council for recipe theft.

First time back to codex in a long time, and while lurking I felt the need to post. Welcome to America, Sweeney! Always been a huge fan of Miss Nymh, glad to see you making her happy.
On the ice cream front; I would love to see someone make a "rainbow sorbet" that doesn't just taste like orange sorbet with raspberry syrup swirled in it.. Maybe mix some bad ass fruits in there like dragon fruit, star fruit, or guava? ![]()
Also: While stalking this thread I saw a post (I think from Sweeney) about a lack of good jams.. If you kids ever want, I can mail you some of the ones I make here from the berries I grow. Arkansas makes good berries. <3

Anyone who's a true Canadian doesn't take that crap. We appreciate cheese without any of that ketchup bs while watching our Leafs, Canadiens, etc games.

Yes, mead. It can also have things like fruit and spices infused in it.

It should suit your whole laboratory thing and there's essentially infinite varieties.

OMG I HAVE A 5 GALLON BUCKET OF HONEY.
Let the fermenting begin.

Speaking of fermentation, we're going to keep a Rumtopf this year. I've been wanting to start one for the past five years or so and I keep forgetting to start it in the late spring/early summer when the berries start coming into season. I am hellaciously excited xD

::googles rumtopf::
Do you do any dairy fermenting? I'm interested in it.
Edit: This rumtopf looks good too. I started a hardy kiwi this year and expect for it to fruit next year. It'd probably work well with that.
