Just about every company has some sort of motto that they follow or maybe even a slogan.

This phrase usually outlines how employees should handle themselves and a basic overview of what to expect from their company.

Where do you work, what is a common slogan your company uses and how do you relate it to your job performance?

For example; I'm in the Air Force and we have the Airman's Creed

Spoiler

This basically outlines that we will always help out or wingmen and national security is our top priority.

Sobeys (grocery store) motto was: Ready to Serve

The one they told the employees is:

Out Serve

Out Food

Out Fresh

Which means be better in all 3 things than the competition.

First one is "do it slowly/take it easy", and the other is "if I work I lose" :3

Gonna have to get a job eventually though, gotta help a cutie save up for lots of fun things~ <3

The company I work for changes their motto every 5 months, so I've stopped bothering to learn it.
But they do want us to end our transactions with "Be well." instead of 'Thank you' or 'Enjoy your weekend' Yeah. I'm gonna tell someone picking up their aids or cancer medication to "BE WELL" I hate prescripted lines like that. When I used to go to Chick-Fil-A they'd always say, "MY PLEASURE". Bitch, it ain't your fuckin' pleasure, gimme chicken.
