Question: Can we put ranges in our scores?

It opened without problems for me, thank you for this!

I have updated my score sender to fully support (almost) all games now. If the game requires more than a score, a popup will tell you which of the two other fields you need to fill in.

For those using this on Sorcerers' Skirmish, the Prize Level is always 0.

No, this will only replace one score at a time so you should be able to come up with random values yourself.

Just tested this out and it worked fine. I'm more happy about the fact that it's a Chrome extension actually so thanks Kway! :)

Just a question, it asks me what Prize level to submit? As these aren't working, do I assume the Scoresender won't work for Kookia? ^^

Put in 0 for the prize level. I'm going to change it later to make it easier.

I think this game is uh..a shockwave game. You can't score send those, but you sure can use AOBs ;]

I don't get the chia in the corner... idk if it's because it's in a popup window or what.

I dragged it to the main window, and the chia appeared with the option to enter scores and everything.

._. so if it appeared, does that mean the game is ss-able?

Most people would agree that Shockwave games are not SS-able.
If you do SS this game until Kway or sLaughter says otherwise, you're (in my opinion) placing your account in unnecessary danger :/

It means it that you can try it and Kway's sser will tell you at the send score stage if it went through or not... and it was designed not to go through if something is wrong with it.

All the Daily Dare games are flash games though and should be able to be used with either of the ssers.

Kway mentioned something about building support into his for shockwave at some point... but I assumed he'd post it in here when it works.

I just used a simple check to catch all flash games. If it doesn't send a score like a regular flash game (such as slots and AdverVideo), it won't do anything.

As for Shockwave games, they are all different so just because I crack the encryption for one Shockwave game, does NOT mean it can be done for them all.

About the possible SS-able Shockwave game I mentioned earlier, I can cancelled the project. The game in question is Attack of the Slorgs (has an avvie), however the encryption can only be deciphered and not cracked. This means that it is only able to patch in a score that is the same length or smaller. Because the avatar requires a score of 1000 or higher, you won't be able to do much unless you were good enough at the game to begin with. Also while probing around the code, some Shockwave games have built-in detection mechanisms to catch cheaters using tools like Cheat Engine that manipulate the memory (such as getting infinite lives). If anybody used infinite lives in Hannah and the Pirate Caves and died hundreds of times for the avvie (like me), you now know why the score refuses to send.

For those using my SSer on Spellseeker (today's Daily Dare game), the prize level is always 0.

I will have a new update out so people can do their own research.

Do you think you could include some information about your updates in the OP? Makes it easier to see when there is one and knowing what changed is also helpful. It's my SSer of choice now!

So far, there were no visual changes besides adding in missing support. My next update will complete my feature list and open up the research portion. After that, there will be no more updates except to support new games.

Anybody who wants to try or talk about the next version should contact me in irc (chat at the top).

Maths nightmare is definately not a shockwave game

it is a flash game

I dragged it to the main window, and the chia appeared with the option to enter scores and everything.

Just copy the address to a tab

or choose to play in small window

then it will not be a popup

This will be the final version because it has everything you could possibly need. If a new game adds something that my score sender doesn't like, please pm me.

I wouldn't think they'd change much any time soon, they tend to avoid doing as much work as possible these days. :p

True but it never hurts to keep an eye out for something different. Just because it is extremely easy to get frozen from using a score sender, doesn't mean we should be totally clueless about it (does it?)

For the ones I have to do the prize level on, is it always going to be 0?
