For the ones I have to do the prize level on, is it always going to be 0?

Not always. When you send regular scores in the game, it will tell you exactly what the game sent so you can figure it out.

The new sponsor games use a new system that sends a signal in a different way. Thankfully, this system sends a 'test score' which I will have my SSer watch for. Please download update to version 1.0.1

1. The score sender said it replaced the score but the game shows the score I got was sent.

The game is not aware that the score was modified so it will assume the score it tried to sent was the one accepted (and your new high score if applicable).

Could you explain this to me a little further? I'm having trouble understanding your answer. Sorry, I have a bad brain.

The game doesn't know the score was changed (otherwise, you'd be iced.) So it shows the score you made legit, but sends the score you enter to change.
