So I got there, and it says:

It was working earlier, then it started doing this when I opened it. I uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my computer, I am running as admin. I don't know what to do. Hopefully someone can help me it getting this working again.

Regarding that, you should download the Program Manager via the top bar on the forum, it's under Neopets > Download Program Manager.

I'v had this problem but I just restart my laptop and it works again.
