This has happened a few times now, I looked through some old threads and they mentioned checking my taskbar and stuff. 

 

I stop abrosia and even log out now and completely close the whole thing because it's happened so many times and I will be cruising neopets and I'll hear that ding sound, I also get logged out.  I'll have more items of the shop I ab at in my shop and  I dont know how it's doing this.  I'm sort of worried about getting frozen but It'll be my own fault if I do so not to much to cry about there. 

 

Anybody have this problem and how did you manage to find a solution for it??

Check your Task Manager and make sure there's nothing running in the background.

It's not running in my task manager right now,  I guess I should just check this every time I close it just to make sure?

Yeah, it's the best way to make sure it's not stuck in there.

Remember the process is called pre_loader.exe so if that's still running it's the PM and you should end task.

Thank you guys, I didn't see it running in my task manager right now but in the future I will check there after I close it, that has to be it.

....just popping back on to say it's still doing it.  I kind of am stuck with what to do now.  I just turned my computer off and restarted it so hopefully it's off now.  My computer tinged again and so I restarted my computer and went to neo and I do have several more items in my shop from my regular ab store.  I'm sure it's something I'm doing and not the program because it's so weird but I just don't know what that thing is.
