Have there been any updates on this since Feb?

 

I introduced my much-younger cousin to the concept of Neopets lately and one of the first questions she asked was if there was an app she could get. It'd definitely widen the prospective userbase.

I've been sending in editorials asking about it and I've emailed TNT once or twice but I've not seen any responses yet.

I have hope for a native app across multiple platforms that supports some of the main tasks on neopets... but I think that might be a little optimistic.

It would be nice if they just made a mobile site and ditched part of the flash things. Flash ist just so not hip anymore.

When I went back to playing Neopets last month, the first thing I looked for was an Android app. 

Even the most basic one will do...so long as I can keep track of my pet's training

That's not a bad idea, though it may be a little too hopeful. This is TNT we're talking about.

 Pretty much this. I just want to be able to keep an eye on training, access my neomail and maybe use the lab ray when I inevitably open a cookie and then forget that I have and have paid for my extra lab zaps.

I have about 0 faith in TNT though

Wow that's already being too hopeful? How bad is TNT's service? O-O

I admit, I've been playing Neopets since the days of the old sidebar but I've never paid any real attention to site until now. I do see a lot of people complaining about TNT.

Lol most people complain about TNT and it's justified. Any app is hopeful dreaming.

 I'd hope they would put even more effort into this, they'd be stupid otherwise.

Honestly, I am going to assume they are still working on it because it would be such a great advancement for them. I have been waiting for one for a while now and after all the good feedback about the idea, I hope they follow through.

It is going to be SO EMBARRASSING if people find out that there's a NEOPET GO app in your gadget when you are already in your early 20s. 

 

Not going to download it therefore.

 

I'm totally going to download it! I don't care I'm in my mid 20s my husband always laughs at me when I'm on but it doesn't matter.

I think it's just on hold while they switch from nickelodean to jumpstart... But at the same time... No one would be surprised if it ever got done.. They're horrible.

I agree! Even a really watered down version of the site would be better better than currently trying to use it on a phone. Its such a pain to navigate, and the maps/flash aspects are unusuable because I have an iphone. Something like the gaiaonline app but for neopets would be really nice. A simplified neoboard and maybe links to things like your shop, your stocks, your invo, etc.

I have night light apps intended for babies on my iphone because I get scared of the dark lol. Neopets is definitely the least of my worries xD

Its better then having a pimple popping app or a cow milker app.

There are so many unnecessary apps on the store.
