16 pounds in a week?!

I assume they are sending in photographic evidence of their weigh-ins. I'd hope.

But it's not that far out of the realm of possibility, have you ever watched Biggest Loser?   :p

Yes everyone is sending in photographic evidence. If you are exremely overweight, it's not that farfetched either, you can lose a lot of water weight if you know how.

Yeah I didn't really want to call anyone extremely overweight but I was going to mention that losing big numbers is more common for bigger people.. That's why it generally goes by % of fat lost on TBL. :p

I'll add that to the first post.

Ok Thanks. They will PM you the item name correct?

Also I sure as hell hope I can at least manage to lose 7 kg by the end of this... I was really spewy earlier and my fiance was trying to get me better with her supposed super foods, xD

Pork rinds and other shit, I don't feel sick now which is great but I feel fat :(

It seems possible to be done healthily considering the weight class.

I'm just happy with my meager result :D

If you weigh yourself at different time of a day, there can be huge differences in the results. Big people can be 5-kg heavier at night so the result seems reasonable. Congrats! :funone2:

I only manage to lose 1 pound. But from another angle, I lost 1 pound without working out or dieting :lookaround:

The week is almost halfway over! How is everyone doing? I haven't been feeling well the past couple days so I've been eating meh, not bad, but not good. Haven't been out to exercise either, just been feeling really tired and fatigued :( I think I'm coming down with something.

I refound my love of hummus over the weekend! I forgot to post that. I got regular, tomato basil, and edamame hummus. I've been having it as snacks and lunch with raw veggies or a handful of pita chips.

I'm super tired of cooked eggs so I switched to oatmeal for breakfast and I feel like crap. What are other high protein or high fat breakfasts besides eggs?

Fish, if you can handle it. (I can't.) My husband seems to live on mackerel for breakfast though.

I haven't exercised at all this week and just ate a bunch of crap. I'll be going through a marathon of exercise today though, to make up for all the lost days.

Probably won't even be real gain though. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water and definitely try to force yourself to do some exercise. Strangely that beats water retention and the sense of fatigue. :p It's only a few days, no big deal in the grand scheme of things, it will alllll even out eventually. :)

Oh please, I think the guys can handle a little bit of mild period talk. :p

But yeah, me too. I've been having some serious mood swings, craving carbs, and I've had no desire to exercise. I lost track of time and thought I was expecting my period next week, but it surprised me a couple days ago. It was also cold and rainy here for a few days, so that didn't help.

I generally feel my worst in the days leading up to my period and maybe the first day or two, so I gave myself a little break, treated myself to some food I wouldn't normally eat, and sucked it up and resumed my normal workout routine yesterday. The cravings are probably going to be a struggle for me for the rest of the week, but it should be easier to fight them knowing I'll be back to my usual self soon and I'm not just sinking into depression.

Except for last night but I ate less today UNTIL work threw a surprise party for someone and there was undeniably scrummy  food on the table for all... damn work -_-

Oh, somehow I missed this. What about nuts (make your own trail mix or add nut butter to oatmeal/smoothies), yogurt/kefir, cottage cheese?

Tomorrow I'm planning to sleep in probably until like 10 or something or 12? Who Knows. Then I'll most likely have a lunch type thing to eat or IF I do wake up earlier I'll either have some bacon and eggs or I'll have toast... BUT I'm thinking strawberry oats might sound nice... Actually... I think bacon and eggs for breaky... Something simple for lunch or arvo smoko and then dinner could be our steamed meals we've bought to try and dessert will be OATS!!! Mmmmmmmm

Gotta fit in a walk and a good 30 min exercise though. Will actually try to do 2 or 3 workouts tomorrow. Really need to get my backside into gear and get it done. Will be cleaning the house, mowing the yard and re-arranging some rooms too. Then I'll go through our kitchen and throw out everything out of date and everything that's pretty much unhealthy or can't really be used healthily...

Actually gonna sit down and plan a few lunch's and breakfast too. Was sorta sick this morning, felt really really horrible but food fixed me up xD

I haven't weighed myself yet, so Not sure but as long as I'm still under 90kg! Still keeping the goal of 75kg in my head and really really hoping to manage to get below 80kg or get AT 80kg by the end...

So its just gonna have to work out...

    -----

ALSO I have a wedding a little over 3 months... So I gotta try get into the best shape I can be :) Gotta make my fiance happy and wanna fit into the best clothes I can too. Which brings me to a little off topic question...

Where's the best place to buy online for Male Groom Suits? I'm wanting long back pants with a simple cream/white shirt with a purple type color tie/bow and a vest with some sort of style to it.... xD Locally I'd be paying nearly $150 for the pants, $80 for the shirt and probably $120 for the vest and I don't particularly want to spend that much on my suit xD

Shoes are easy to get, plenty of decent prices on great shoes here xD
