I don't think so. Upkeep relies on the server having access to FR. All they'd have to do is ban that IP, and the whole thing dies

You only need to scrape the preview images from a non-banned IP which is definitely possible since you don't need to log in to view them.

I don't understand how ya'll have so many chests I've grinded in the cave for hours and only have one chest from the Coli on the other hand I did get my second chest today digging

That's probably because your browser cached them from the FR Forum thread.

If you surf to an image url, e.g. this it doesn't work. It's a huge pain in the ass and luckily Neopets doesn't care about hotlinking but Flight Rising is stingy with their bandwidth.

That's weird because they all worked for me aside from the very last one that wasn't in spoilers and I hadn't visited the forum..

Sure but you can tunnel via TOR or other proxies. ^^ Since they just check if the referrer is flightrising.com, you can send a request with a faked referrer domain and pull images through your proxy.

I can't actually access FR via Tor. But that's besides the point I'm not going to be continuing with the project
