Well hell, you went to Madison.  Football game at 11 a.m. on Saturday?  Hello shots at 8 a.m. as you roll out of bed.

Completely agree.  Same can be said about Wisconsin.  The northern WI and northern MN accents are so similar, along with the common phrases, "you know".  They're still understandable, but it can be quite humorous.

I didn't hear it until I ended up in Milwaukee.

I hate you.

Oh, since we're talking accents, when my roommate had a friend from the UK over, our favorite words were "Zebra" and "Garage", just because of the accent and points of emphasis in the words.

can you please record yourself? I'm so curious as to what your hybrid accent sounds like.

where are you from originally?

It's nothing special.  I'd rather not record because I never know what to say, and as a result it sounds stupid.  I might, let me get a few more beers in me.

A suburb north east of St. Paul, MN.  Your friend from Eden Prairie is from the complete opposite side of the cities.

Ok, I almost went to U Minnesota for pharmacy school so I got to see the cities a bit. Gorgeous area! COLD though lol.

I'm actually not sure where Eden Prairie is on the map, all I knew was that she went to a huge high school that was like 85% rich white kids and 15% rich minority kids. (sorry if that's offensive, its what she told me)

Yeah, Eden Prairie, Edina, Minnetonka, all same demographic.  I went to a similar school on the eastern side of the Twin Cities.  Although there were a few families which were not as well off, there was a lot of money in that community.

Yes, yes. I am very much pleased with all the voices. This will do well for my... "research". Hmmm. Yes.

@Keil sounds like a serial killer.

I have yet to meet a person who doesn't sound like a serial killer.
