That's like complaining about the government in power and you didn't vote.
>implying voting does anything
That's not exactly how a democratic republic works (assuming you're from US)

Rocket, did you read what Padme was asking? She asked why I didn't ask them to speak English. I said, "Go back in time and ask the eighteen year old me", then made the quip about handing me a book and the problem was resolved, regardless of whether she was asking the decade-old me why I didn't ask them to speak English or I was handing that same self a book.
We all on the same page now?

Or I paid attention in school?
President is not decided by popular vote but electoral college points. He can have most of the votes and still lose. And the state's representatives are not required to vote according to their state's popular vote, meaning if the state voted 100% for prez A, the representatives can still vote for prez B and the representative's votes are the only ones that matter
I very much resent the comment you've made; I despise people who are up in arms at shit because of blogs/tumblr. I don't care that this is how US gov works, I just wanted to point out that the analogy is incorrect (assuming US)

Who votes for the state representatives?
(This is really the wrong thread for this)

There is just no way you can predict with 100% accuracy the way someone will vote. You can vote for the representative that you want, get the representative that you want, and they can still vote in a way that you don't want them to.
I'm not even trying to have this discussion, man. I'm trying to say that people who use the analogy "complaining about gov and not voting" are usually not right because that's not exactly how it works

No, you can't predict what the state representatives are going to vote for, but if you have a representative who isn't voting in the direction wish they would, then the only way to change that is by voting for another candidate.
If you want to change something, or you're going to complain about it, the very least you can do is vote for a representative that you agree with. At least then you up the chances of your viewpoints being echoed and fought for.

Cheap Primark ones that stretch the fabric so you can quite clearly see their underwear?

That's the one...if you get to the point where you're stretching your clothes to the point of transparency you really need to consider wearing something else (for my sake if not theirs).
