Not really a question but I just noticed the familiar bonding limit is tied to the familiar and not the dragon. Like if you remove the familiar, put a new one on, you can bond again. You can do this for each familiar daily. It's tedious but just three clicks more than "regular" bonding.

I'm not sure i'm following,

No. You can bond each type of familiar once a day. Let's say you have 100 familiars and 1 dragon. Now what you can do is: attach familiar #1, bond, remove, attach familiar #2, bond, remove etc. repeat for all familiars. The bonding level stays even if you remove the familiar, so you can make the bonding bar rise daily even if you don't have enough dragons to hold them all.

Why are first generation dragons something people want? There's some people who are selling theirs for 75K+ and it's all basic genes with a terrible color combo.

First gen dragons can breed with anything - no need to check their ancestry for incest.

A lot of achievements take days to register. Just wait, unfortunately.

How do those labels affect gameplay?

For instance I'm reading through their map and I've found a subregion of Shadow called the Forum of the Obscured Crescent, which is pretty cool.

But I also like The Great Furnace and The Fortress of Ends.

I don't think they do anything. The subregion changes according to the size of your lair.

Yup, you just get upgraded as you add space to your dragon-hole.

Sooooo....best places to grind coli? I've been trying to figure out which area is the best for chests/higher value items and haven't figured it out yet. Any tips?

Bamboo Forest, Waterway, Arena, Harpy's Roost and The Mire. They all give you the chance of getting crates/more treasure drops and a higher chance of unhatched eggs too.

I just checked Auctions, didn't realize they were so rare. Guess I can count on not getting that for a while

As far ask know, no real rarity ranking. Aside from the stars on the info pop ups, but they're as unreliable as neo rarities for actual availability.

There's a great, exhaustive guide to familiars on the FR forums, though. I can't get the link right now (iPad) but it's in their guides section and almost always 1st page.
