I've always slouched at the computer.. actually when I am sitting down at any time lmao I make a conscious effort not to slouch in public though.

I figured out that a lot of it has to do with the the alignment of eye level with the computer screen so I deliberated bought a very short stool so that my eye level exactly align with the computer screen when I sit on it. At first, it may be tiring to keep your back straight in order to see the screen properly. But after a while, you would get used to it and no longer slouch.

My posture has always been terrible. I was told to stand/sit up straight for years, but I still slouch.

I have awful posture always. I slouch when I sit, I slouch when I stand. When I think about it, I'll stand up and walk straight, but it doesn't feel natural to me.

I'm hyperlax, so I don't really slouch, it's more of a extremely compact and complexe knot that make stranger look at me with absolute horror because they are sure I just broke my own legs.
It's pretty confortable.

Are you having a date with a TV?
No, it's a forever alone booth. It only had seats on one side

Yeah I do. How many people sat up straight after reading this?
I am working on core stuff down at the ol' gym so maybe that will help things.

Used to have terrible posture and back problems throughout my teenage years (hell, even got out of conscription due to two of my spinal columns being all crooked and shit), but about a year ago I started to do daily excercises and stretches (pretty much imagine reverse situps, raise up slowly as much as you can, hold, go down again slowly, rinse & repeat. Don't forget to do situps as well though, if you're going to follow in my footsteps, need to keep both sides of the body in balance) - my back aches are gone and my posture's like that of a veteran yeoman of the English royal guard.
