It was around the middle of March so anything which is currently happening on Neopets was probably prepared a long time ago.

I think that there are some very clear changes going on since JumpStart took over. This may be considered quite minor, but a lot of old accounts are being unfrozen.

 

I think that perhaps the rules are being updated made things more relaxed and they are starting to rescind old warnings that could have possibly frozen the accounts.

I still wouldn't like to chance the super fast buy times! Maybe I good time to transfer NP and items if you're into dealing with 'other'.

 

I have no idea what Jump Starts model is but unfreezing all the oldies is interesting. I think the risk of being frozen is what kept people coming back, I don't want it to be on total easy mode lol.

Cheat. It's far more satisfying. I was legi (other than having 6+ accounts for dailies like advent) for over 12 years. I felt reborn after stumbling upon this site.
