I'm using chrome. The emoticon and other post options such as the buttons for adding links and images is gone, and in order to post I have to click "more reply options" because simply clicking "post" to reply isn't working. When I get to the page after clicking 'more reply options', I find I still don't have the options for emoticons and images. This is very inconvenient as I really need to post an animated gif to express my gloating nature of having received the Badger Award. Am I the only one having issues? Please send help.
It also will not allow me to edit my post, which I wanted to do to also say that the spacings of my paragraphs aren't showing up on my posts.

I don't seem to have a similar issue. At the very least I was unable to replicate the results.

 

Napi is checking to see if it's a retired member issue.
