How to Report Something

How would I go about reporting an issue that occured with a trade that was listed and completed on this forum with another member? There is no way to contact that member, and I sent a message to neocodex support 10 days ago, and have not heard anything for the last 8 days. So obviously, I am not doing something properly, and I just cant seem to find where the solution to this problem is listed.

Have you PM'd an admin? If you PM one of the Admins from the board and explain your situation, they will most likely be able to help.

Edit: I notice you're banned from trading? Could that have anything to do with it?

I'm not surprised they aren't interested in replying to your queries when you're so melodramatic in your signature and profile interests.

Use the report function from within the trade PM in question, and staff will be able to see it and deal with the situation.

We haven't received any official Support Requests from you since May, I know because I deal with most of them and I wouldn't leave any without response for 10 days regardless of who made it. ;)

 

Following what Sweeney said would be the best way to highlight the issue to staff.
