Robin Williams dead by apparent suicide.

I just heard. I'm watching Good Will Hunting as we speak, ugh he is one of my favourites. I don't know many people who are a fan of his more serious roles. I like him in everything.

This is soooo sad!! Robin Williams was so incredibly talented! One of my secret comedic inspirations! Awww such a huge bummer! He was on my bucket list.... we were meant to scream/yell together lol.

Totally in the same place as you @Sweeney, I usually never feel all that much about celebrity deaths as well, except for this one

I head about this earlier and had to Google-check it immediately. I thought for sure it was going to be a hoax.

 

He was my favorite as a kid in his comedies, but I didn't really appreciate him until I was old enough to understand his more serious work. He was an excellent entertainer.

Never was a Robin Williams fan but it sucks to see someone lose a battle with depression. Laughing on the outside, crying on the inside.

Robin Williams was one of the greatest comedians. I loved all of his stuff. This is sad. And hearing it was possibly suicide makes it even more sad. Some of the funniest people in entertainment have severe depression and/or mental disorders. It is sad to see such a great one go. Hopefully others will be inspired to seek help fighting whatever their demons are.
