On top of what was already said well, most of the time gravedigged threads are so outdated that bumping it up can mislead people as current and pertinent information.

Odds are,it's probably about something that isn't really relevant anymore. Like someone that just recently asked about a working ABer in a 2008 thread I believe it was... Just read around, and utilize the search bar at the top right of the page. If that isn't helpful, I'd say make a new thread, bring up the topic in a new status update on your profile, or possibly PM someone.
