Care to elaborate a little more? The MSPP dupe program isn't a part of the program manager.

I downloaded the program and and opened it, windows said it couldn't operate it.

It's really not rocket science. 

 

Can you screenshot the error? Or give me some information, at all? Are you running Windows 7, 8, 95?  I can't read your mind.

I'm running windows 8, I got it to kind of open, installed after the DL, and then it wanted me to DL something else, I'm new here so sorry if I don't really make any sense >.<, but i'm going to have to leave for work now so I don't have time to fiddle around with it, but I'l be back tonight.

i really hate windows 8..... you should change it back to win 7........ sometime old system work prefectly well.
