Probably not, because Apple is pretty strict about not allowing unauthorized apps to be installed. It's technically possible, but very hard. Sorry
Dude. Jailbreaking is a thing.
Though I highly doubt anyone will go through the effort to code for apple products here.

Yeah, I think a few people still use the free EC2 tier, it's pretty much the ideal solution.
