Sort've of an old timer but I never actively got into anything on Neopets until about 5 years ago even though I have been playing since around 2003

I was active for quite a while but I did miss out on a lot of the recent years. 
I do miss a lot of the charm the site had back then, even if a lot of it is just a heavily nostalgia tinted perspective at this point.

I've been playing for a little over 12 years on a couple different accounts. My first account from 2003 was frozen a couple years ago I'm 22, it's weird to say that I've been playing for over half my life

Played since 2005, I think. I remember the pound being closed for a long time and I remember the conversion. I even had a UC that I converted willingly. Sigh.

It hasn't changed since the day I first saw it, if I'm remembering correctly! Kinda pointless feature imo

woah I wasn't paying neopets in 1999 (I was probably going on the computer to play with MS paint during those time XD)

I dont remember when I started playing but I remember neopets still had that side menu banner thing!

I wish I could just capitalise my pets' names. 13 year old me didn't like the look of capitals, apparently.

I'm surprised, since so many games and apps sell such a thing. Of course, we still have to pick a name that's not taken.  Is it true that Neo never deletes old pets and accounts (besides frozen) ? O.o

Been on the site since I was 13 lol. I am 28 now. Was totally legit until they froze my main for cheating..then looked into how I could cheat and found here. It took me 15 years to make 5m NP properly. I made 10m on my first day of ABing...sad really

 

First account is from 2001, but the account I'm using now is my main from 2014... I lost the first account, was too young and I don't know how I lost access to it.

I was really legit, hated all cheaters, but after not being able to have more than 100k I tought something was wrong and the effort this site wants from us does not make any sense. So I searched for cheating groups and now I'm here <3
