I know I just don't personally think it's a disadvantage. I think that's subjective. But you gotta do what you gotta do, I suppose. I just think people will find every reason to complain if they are feeling competitive enough.

I see it this way: if there are two kids, you give play-doh to both, but only one of them gets tools. Wouldn't it be unfair with the kid without tools? I think everyone should have the same resources so they have the same chance.

I totally get it, but maybe the person judging them doesn't favour tools? You know what I mean? I don't really care, like I said you gotta do what you gotta do. I just don't personally find in-game settings more appealing.

But it happens, you know it. Just like every voting in this place, not everyone does the same

I like the non-live screenshot of #4 better than the other entries, too, for what it's worth.  I think he looks the most like Joe.

I agree. I knew I was going to vote for #4 as soon as I saw the first image.

 

Allowing in-game screenshots is no less fair than allowing custom content, in my opinion, and I think we've already established that people aren't just voting for the entry with the most bells and whistles.

I would just like to mention that I totally think #4 is the most visually Sweeney entry even without the live screenshots, and that I am not arguing against it winning in any fashion. I also think that the submitter of #4 was totally right to use all tools available to them according to the rules. However, I remember other CAS contests where people did mention that they voted for a particular entry because of the live screenshots, and I do find that frustrating as somebody who cannot use live screenshots.
