I was actually eight when I joined Neopets and somehow during that time I convinced my parents to fax the Parental Consent wotsit to TNT so that I could get early access to whatever it is instead of the red Pteri with the error sign (at least I think it was red.) Tbh boards weren't that interesting to me, but I hated clicking on things and not being able to look at them when I wanted to XD

 

Also I hated not being able to do certain other actions (Neofriends, mostly. For some reason I think that TP was also restricted? Or at least hard to use since I couldn't Neomail.)

Pretty sure Viacom wouldn't sell them the rights to Habitarium or something along those lines.

Habitarium costs too much to maintain and it would never get updates. Add the fact it contributes to inflation and there is no reason to spend even more money to move it and get it working.

 

Also guys, TNT did NOT change after being bought by JS. The only reason all this is happening is because everybody on TNT has no clue what they are doing.

I'm sure there's quite a few reasons mods aren't doing anything including not actually being there, but what I want to know is how/why the filters got turned off in the first place. Even if there were zero mods surely things couldn't get this bad with automatic filters in place so... yeah... how/why?

Probably.

Though at this point it'd probably make sense to close all/next-to-all boards and rely on user reports & screenshots to freeze some of the accounts.

Neo is back up. I booted Abrosia and managed to buy something at 9:40 CST. That would be 7:40 NST, btw. Clearly their maintenance didn't take too long.

Yeah, it's back up for at least more than an hour now. They disabled lookups etc again.
