Uncle was said to mean something bad on the Internet for the filters to filter it.

I thought uncle was part of the cp terminology.

Man I KNOW someone posted/linked to the story here a while ago. But I think some paedophile yeeears and years ago was using it and it got out of hand and they banned him and blocked the word. Maybe? I might be wrong. I think I'm on the right track but I wish I could remember what thread it was in. I think people were talking about ad0 and other Neopets history stuff in it.

It would be a very hard won lawsuit I think. You're going up against a company which probably has a huge team of lawyers.

To be fair I think a company that can't afford to pay a couple people $12 an hour to moderate the boards over the weekend probably doesn't have an impressive legal team.

You can't get passwords from cookies. The tags needed to run JavaScript in onsite are still blocked. (I personally tested: iframe + script), however someone might have found a way to obfuscate it, but I doubt it. It's long known that the user database has been dumped a few times. Probably just someone trying to make people panic more.
