Depressed thread about disappointing things in life.

Vent all you need here. It is like a blog about all things terrible, except it has a higher chance to get read.


I am disappointed in my family, half can't even make it to my wedding. Multiple people haven't even rsvp-ed, and I had a blow out with my uncle because I didn't invite him, due to his toxic past.

Life, why you suck so much?

My ex disappoints me. He's one of those people who lead a very privilege life and yet he always throws everything his parents gives him away. They sent him to private school, paid his tuition at university until he dropped out. They've bought him at least 4 cars. His dad offered to pay for him to go to culinary school but he turned it down and sold the 4th car they bought him to move to Alaska and work at papa johns until he ran out of money and had to move back. Now he's in rehab.

I am working for a thing at a place during this time. This coworker and I were the only ones to be granted this position over a candidate pool of 20 people to whom I can name most of them by a first name basis. Everyone else besides my coworker is qualified to have this job. So far they've been fucking up every single small responsibility, isn't accountable, and is on their phone texting A LOT during public appearances which is against all logic especially since we're presenting ourselves as integral and reliable resources in our operation. I'm dissappointed in the lack of professionalism of this coworker and my employers for choosing her over so many more qualified people for the reason: "this person has potential to grow." Fuck that shit.
