I'll bet it's a time zone issue. I joined on the evening of the 8th in my time zone, but maybe it was the 9th server time I'll try again tomorrow.

Not necessarily, it could be the 8th, but I think it only counts after the same hour you registered, completing 365 days you still have plenty of time to apply, so it's not a big problem

I went to urban dictionary because I don't get most of the things these kids say nowadays, but apparently that word doesn't exist... although google translate suggested "trivate" from Estonian, but not even that seems to be a word.

Yeah, that must have been it. My profile has always said the 8th when I look at it, but I couldn't submit an app until today. The funniest thing was the app saying in big red text that I'd joined on the 8th.
