If it's banned, then you have to wait until the next hour to be able to continue pricing. Or you could have a faerie quest which is preventing the shop wizard from working as you can't use the shop wizard during a quest.

Okies must be banned I will wait a hour thankyou will the other programs work I'm also running abrosia sorry I'm New so don't know

Don't worry about it. Yes, Abrosia will still work. Buying items is not affected by whether the shop wizard is accessable. Just make sure you have the auto pricing part of Abrosia turned off as that part doesn't work.
