Hi guys,
Abrosia constantly flags my account as RS banned even when it is not - the shop has simply been out of stock for a long time. The issue is that Abrosia suspends itself automatically when this happens for 15 minutes and in this time the shop can restock. These false positives are way too common and it doesn't seem possible to turn off RS ban checking unless you want to use an automated list which prevents me from using my own list or specifying which shop I want to restock in. The best solution was to set the check to occur after 1 minute so that it is able to realise quickly that I'm actually not RS banned. This still doesn't fix the fact that the RS ban check doesn't work correctly. It's completely inaccurate.
I am also having quite a few errors within the Abrosia software - it seems very buggy. The next time this happens I will post the error log but a lot of the errors have been different
The traceback for my errors:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/cdx/svn/checkout/core/trunk/Program Manager/ProgramManager.py", line 1201, in run_with_except_hook
File "Programs/1001/Abrosia.py.nc", line 783, in run
File "Programs/1001/Abrosia.py.nc", line 1033, in processNextTaskItem
File "Programs/1001/Abrosia.py.nc", line 2491, in visitShopMain
File "Programs/1001/Abrosia.py.nc", line 245, in checkForRandomEvents
File "Programs/1001/Abrosia.py.nc", line 348, in GetStringBetween
AttributeError: 'int' object has no attribute 'replace'
Seems like a lot of users are having this problem. It is mostly due to issues created by the new beta layout and also how Abrosia responds to/detects random events. A proper fix hasn't been implemented which I assume might be because the developer has been inactive since August last year.
I have turned off the Igloo ABer, I've set the RS ban check to only occur after a massive number of minutes that I'd never be ABing that long for. Neither of these features being disabled or not occuring makes any difference. These errors still happen regardless.
