I have tried constructive humour, and I tried giving chances, but that doesn't cut it. Listen, everyone at NeoCodex. Things are going to change from now on...

If you feel the need to flame someone on NeoCodex, do it on your own ti'me by MSN or something. If you bring flaming or anything of the sort to NeoCodex, NO QUESTIONS ASKED YOU WILL BE SUSPENDED OR BANNED.

If you feel the need to abuse staff, DON'T. If you think a staff member is doing something poorly, TELL THE ADMINS. But if you publically flame or piss off a staff member because you think what they did was unfair, and you didn't tell an admin about it, you are heading for a suspension because it WILL be viewed as a direct threat.

All SuperModerators, Moderators and Administrators will not be tolerating this degree of abuse and I'mmaturity anymore. We are sick of it, and we are not joking around this ti'me.

If you don't like the way things are going to be run, you can always leave. We have tried, and you gave us no choice. RAWR!!!

I have to agree. It is getting absolutley riddiculus. The amount of back-talk, the lack of even the slightest level of respect - nothing. I'm not saying I deserve any respect, atlest show it to the rest of the Staff! There is constructive critiszm, then there is just plain insubordinance. Being rebeliious has its li'mits.
