Constructive cristicism is more like it?
You dont go barking at admins like you control them.
However, you do make some remarks like when they do stuff wrong.

I gotta say I don't talk to the admins much anymore, with the exception of hidden elf now and then, but I hope for god sakes no one is flaming them on msn. Managing over 1000 people is no easy task, especially when half the people who sign up someti'mes here are asses

PS: What ever happened to IBStore? I'm sure I missed when u took it down, but still j/w lol

I love all the admins I talk with, well mainly Shadow, Noiti and hydro, because they all love me first . I never cause hassle , no seriously, I dont .

Ok, I can see that this was targeted at specific members, me being one of them. I agree. I've been an ass.

With that said, I'd like to know this protocol I must follow when I don't like something. I seem to get in trouble anyti'me I express dislike for something or other, so it'd be nice to know how not to get in trouble.

ill post something about it. I agree we havent really expressed how we want things to be handled or anything about this protocol. So its partly our fault too. It takes two to tango .

Sure , we can do that for you guys . We apologize for being sort of lazy as well. Its overwhelming someti'mes tho ...so much work ...the admins often stay up late doing work and the scary thing is that it never gets done    

but that doesnt mean u guys shouldnt ask us to do things k? we love doing it...I'm just commenting on how scary it is that its endless

I know I haven't been around much lately, but I have noticed some strife.

This is a very hard task for the admins. They don't get paid and they all have their own very stressful school and personal lives outside of codex.

I don't think it is too much for them to as to be treated like people.

I have always admired the way you guys are able to handle a board as diverse as this one.

yes some ppl show complete disrespect to the admins. if they weren't here then neither would you so please don't tell the admins what to do. you could possibly suggest but not tell them what to do

Yes the admin are cool, but like any other human being I can pick out their faults in a snap. As long as we give em a good ti'me and don't boss them around, things will go smoothly.
