Yes, AUS is scary, then again, he's given the respect of a deity - very funny person as well
. Though we are all digressing. You are correct, seniority means very little, there are numerous other fields taken into consideration, though don't get me wrong, there should be a certain amount of respect for your elders, regardless or rank.
Just know, you are all a great asset to the Community.

Uh getting back on topic, there are tons of people who havent gone anywhere since theyve become drastically inactive even though they have tons of seniority or they just cause trouble.
Point is you have to earn it, some people will be staff before a lot of other people because they are more mature or shows leadership.
